The Group also owns 100% of Trans World Corporation (TWOC), which is primarily engaged in hotel and gaming business in Czech Republic, Germany and Austria and owns quality assets including three casinos. In addition, the Group entered into a strategic alliance agreement with The Star and subscribed for 4.99% shares. The Star is the largest gaming operator in Australia.
The Group is a leading car park operator with 441 car parks and 88,868 bays in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and Hungary.
In Australia and New Zealand, the business is managed by Care Park. Combining its experience in managing third party car parks with FEC's knowledge of property development, Care Park has recently expanded its business to include facility management services.
Growth areas include airport car parks and shopping malls in addition to residential building management, retail and commercial services, which will benefit from the Group's extensive property management experience.
